... although most buildings testify to lax building regulations and many seem unfinished.
Very few dogs appear to have owners and it is a mystery as to what they find to eat. Excess pet supply was evident when we saw two kittens in a box beside the pavement. Help yourself. Hopefully someone did, as the KFC was less than 300m distant.
French is the first language even though the Brits were in charge since 1810. It's not just the language either but the music and pétanque. ...
