Another pleasant visit

... bread and use them to grab portions of the meat or sauces so the whole thing can be popped in one’s mouth. After a slice or two of the bread, people switch to rice, another favorite staple that goes well with all the sauces, and the meal continues. After a small portion of dessert we had strong coffee, another specialty of Mauritius (though people often drink tea as well). The whole meal, and the fellowship was a delight.

... amazing to hear all of the noises that they make underwater and to watch them swim vertically to the surface for air.
After swimming with the dolphins for 2 hours we were pretty tired and the boat then took us all to a nearby island for some Mauritius style BBQ and a little more snorkeling. It was a great way to end our short but event filled stay at the beautiful island of Mauritius.

Got up early this morning as we had booked onto the catamaran trip. Had breakfast and headed straight down to the marina, only to find the trip had been cancelled due to strong winds. Disappointing but understandable as its very windy. So re-booked the trip for Friday and decides to spend the day on the beach.
