After a little relaxing time, we headed out to see Sequim (not much to see here) and have dinner. On our drive home, we went by the National Wildlife Refuge and Dungeness Spit for a short hike. ... s a warped box and has a ton of interesting features around every corner. I especially liked the red floor. It's the first work of Rem's that I have seen in person and I was very impressed. We had dinner in Chinatown. It was a nice place. We were the only ones eating in the dining room. In a closed off room next to where we were eating you could hear the shuffling of mahjong blocks. It felt appropriate to the moment. It was a nice way to end the trip.

Well, this is it. My last full day in the Emerald City and I had the pleasure of waking up to a pretty solid rainstorm. Ahhh...the memories. What will I miss most about Seattle, you ask? Will it be the 7 months of rain (or longer), the indie rock hipster cats that gyrate and percolate in the numerous coffeeshops, how 'bout the fertile/ever-changing music scene, or the amazing outdoor potential that this area has?
