Waking up around 8.30am we originally planned to go to a gospel service in Harlem but unfortunately we couldn't so just stayed round our hotel, going to our hotel for breakfast which turned out to be very expensive. Annoying as we had to wait about half an hour!! Heading back to the room I spoke to Lyndsey to wish her Merry Christmas then Facetimed with Hayley and the folks at Hayley and Bens house - still to hear how the food was, anyone poisoned? Our Brooklyn tour was topped off with a pizza from Juliano's, seated by patsy Grimaldi himself! So ...

We completed the downtown route, the highlight of which was going past the set of United Nations buildings. A quick walk back to get changed into warmer clothes for the rest of the evening to do the Hop On Hop Off night tour - even though tonight was 18' - and to meet Lisa at the bus pick up point at ...

Arrived mid-morning without much fanfare and were able to check in early. A tip to the check-in agent got us a room with a view and free drinks at the bar. Cheers to that!! We made a beeline to Hooters for the obligatory wings to start the trip. (Ugh. No more, too greasy ... We say that after every time) Hooters hasn't changed since 1989 so it's not gonna be around much longer. We figure by the time ...
