I eventually sorted out the phone and sorted out accommodation but sadly was given one tiny misdirection on how to find the hotel carpark and ended up at Hooters rather than the MGM, I was pretty much prepared to pay someone $100 just to get my car to the carpark on the other side of the street at that stage, but the very friendly Hooters carpark attendants assured me I couldn't fail with ...

We then headed back to Hollywood Boulevard to go to the El Capitan Theatre. We actually went to the movies - in Hollywood! Disney and Tim Burton's Frankenweenie premiered today and we got tickets last night as our tour guide on the walking tour highly recommended it.
