Kevin and I left Canberra, and spent 2 nights at the Airport Mercure,pleasant enough place
but they are not upto date with providing quality Wi Fi,never mind caught up with that at Sydney airport.

Walking in Stanley Park I realise I must look like a walking contradiction, fast walking in my 'sporting' clothes whilst drinking a large Starbucks Frappacino which would have about as many calories as my pizza lunch yesterday!
