After that we had to say goodbye to our friends - sadly. As Jasmine says - it was hard to say good bye but we managed. It was really such a bonus to spend time with them and enjoy some of the sights and the experience of the cruise together.

We then moved on and got in a queue for a club but decided not to bother as it was cold and it would be a long wait. We went to an Isish pub near the hostel and I spent the evening talking to Rich, a Man U fan, about football and curry!!! I eventually headed to bed at about 4am after a few nice pints of strongbow!!

Tuesday 19th We didn't have a very good night's sleep as the road was quite noisy. We left early and drove down the road to Denny's as we had decided to go out for breakfast. ... We are now awaiting our Sunday morning 8:45 a.m. flight time at the Hampton Inn airport. We had gotten $100 Canadian money on Monday at Whitehorse and spent the last $12.58 at Burger King for supper! ... After a few beers, we grilled chicken and steak as we watched the sunset and seals splashing from our bayside campsite. We followed dinner up with some serious card playing and great conversation. We are amazed at how many similarities we have with Michael, especially considering that we both come from different continents and different hemispheres. We feel like we've known him forever.
