We always choose a Walmart if possible, for toilet, stock up and fuelling opportunities. In the U.S. they also have 'Rest Stops' which provide very clean toilets, vending machines and picnic areas about every 50 miles, these are very good to pull in for a stretch ...

... a bit, enjoying the beautiful and sunny afternoon. Italian ice always makes kids happy and satisfies parents looking to squeeze the last bit of enjoyment out of a long and memorable family vacation. So we licked our italian ices down to the last drippy, stainy red drops, and headed to the Campus Emporium in the town of Blacksburg. Charming small town feel on the edge of campus. Well we hadn't finished ...
