Off we go! We just got into the air and are headed for Amsterdam. The plane (Boeing 747) is unbelievably huge! It is 10 seats across and has two stories. For some that may not be impressive but being that this is our first international flight we are easily impressed! Plus they serve ...
Boarded the plane at 10:28pm on Tuesday. Had chicken and mashed potatoes for dinner on the plane at 11pm. Read a little and slept a little. Said the flight wasn't much longer than the one to Florida (which means she slept quite a bit!). Didn't eat the breakfast.
We spent most of today at Henry Ford's Greenfield Village, with my beautiful friends, Denise, Jeff and Aoffle.
Couldn't have asked for a better day .... So much to see, so fascinating, lots of walking in the glorious sunshine.
Very interesting Henry Fords, car manufacturing factory. In 1907 it took 20 men 18 hours to hand assemble 1 car at the cost of $315 which was 2 months salary. Lots of museums ...

I will spend 3 days seeing the sites, taking in some of the history that London has to offer, getting accustomed to hostel life and enjoying quality British food and British rock. In fact, I think I can hear London Calling. But, until I can answer the call, I prepare, pack and spend the rest of my time here with family and friends. (Packing pictures uploaded).
... found our bus stop. We then proceeded to accidentally transfer to the wrong bus so when we got off we needed to walk. This would normally be fine, but soon after we got on this bus it started to rain, heavily. So, once we got off we had to find shelter. After sheltering for 15mins or so we decided to give walking there a go.
