... for Tel Aviv on Sunday :) I found out yesterday I'll be living in an apartment with 10 other people. It's going to be insane and beautiful. My work is less than half a mile from my apartment, so I can walk or bike there in less then 10 minutes. I'm super relieved! But before that comes, I'm off to spend a couple days in the big city. Sending love and kisses to all of you. Know that I carry you with me where ever I go.

... Bilbo. I, like Bilbo, have not been exceptionally interested in experiencing things outside of my comfort zone. A little bit about me: I attended college (to which I commuted) near my hometown; until recently, I have been hesitant about applying for excellent job opportunities away from my hometown; I tend to stick to my usual dishes at restaurants; and it has been a long time since I spent more than a week outside of my own personal Shire. Life ...

... and two perplexed and suspicious immigration officers reaching the conclusion there was nothing they need be concerned about.

Apparently because I drove up to the booth with the handbrake still on, that indicated I was nervous as well. I don’t know what they thought might be in my luggage, but if I had ill intent, that’s the first place I wouldn’t have put something suspicious. Thinking about it – the guy ...
