Today we started with the complimentary breakfast offered by the hotel, a selection of pastries, croissants, bagels and muffins along with tea, coffee and juice. ... We had a 10am tour but it was just before 11am by this time so we quickly got a locker to put our bags in and headed up to the pedestal of the Statue of Liberty. We took the 5 minute walk of stairs instead of the 10 minute lift wait and got there huffing and puffing.
The pedestal has a nice view up Lady Liberty's dress and took some pics with Manhattan in the background. We looked at the museum they have there and listened to the audio tour. ...
