Starting the day by getting up at 3:30am. This may be normal for Mary but this is way too early for this old guy. Flight is on time so far to Dallas. Meeting the Z's in Dallas. They too had a really early morning. I thought vacations were set up to allow one to catch up on sleep. Well doesn't matter since we are on our way to ...

... and by far the worst venue we’d ever been to. Tom’s been out in Hartlepool so that statement should emphasise the seriousness of the problem. It was far more relaxing to sit on our table by VAN Halen, conversing into the early hours of the morning with a few night caps to erase the night time entertainment from our minds.

We pulled into the car park and it looked quite nice, about 20 stores in a ring around the car park. It was only when we started ...

Today has been a significantly better day. We had a relatively easy load in, with a dock that supported eight trucks. There was little use for a forklift because everything could be pushed off the trucks. The main LED screen went in in almost record time, so there was plenty of time for me to build and place my side screens.

Barely after lunch I was informed that the dock was ready for my last set of LED screens to be assembled. They take ...

    Success!

... campsite and asked how much we were asking for our golf cart. Two hours later we struck a bargain and happily concluded the day, calling it a complete success!

Today was much more humdrum for me, since I spent the day wrapping up all our final errands. Ed on the other hand, had a lovely day playing golf with his brother Gary and about 60 other Coasties. So I suppose today was also a great success! It was wonderful for the brothers to have one last outing together. ...
