Finally on the road, we headed north to take the ferry across the Wisconsin River at Merrimac. It was a gorgeous ride, made even better by the fact that until a few minutes earlier, we hadn't even known there was a Wisconsin River.

Certainly there are many ethnic groups, but most people are of European descent. This makes it different to see people of other cultures. Hopefully Americans can learn that learning about other cultures is good.
