        ... order to wash my feet without falling out of the cubical I opened the door to find that there was more water outside than in. I now realised that the Pygmy was the plumber. What is it with the Balkan States and their showers? Gus later used the toilet only to find out that the water was turned off and the toilet roll is despatch through what he called a "sphincter". Apparently you then have to unfold the paper. He's not impressed. ...

        ... to get to sleep. Deanne put 4 extra covers on me and I slept in my 2-3 layers of clothes and my coat even though the room was warm and had its own heater. Maybe it was a good thing we didn't have to get up at 4 am to get to the airport.

        ... On arrival at the bus station, I checked the departures board and the bus to Skopje was listed at 7, fantastic I thought. I struggled to find a ticket office, and was helped out by a tourist officer (at the expensive of 5 Euros!!) anyway, he showed me the ticket office and said it opened 7 and the bus left at 7:30.
