... later the GPS stopped in front of Eric's favorite restaurant: Q Cumber's in Edina. We had a great time filling our plates with unique blends of salad fixings and other yummy foodstuffs. Having left no corner of the extensive salad bar unexplored, nor any section of the kids coloring page blank, the girls next directed Eric to drive us to the Mall of America for the second part of the date.

However, I wear a lot of bright clothing, so a pink shirt my sneak its way into my luggage. I even have a hostel sheet which is just a twin sized sheet that I will bring to cover the beds of any of the so-so hostels; you never know when the last time these sheets were used.
