Going Down Fighting!!!

... all of that!!

And yes… in conclusion I have decided that quality of life is the absolute key… So everything in moderation including wine, chocolate and every other indulgence I fancy!!

So after indulging… There is also the daily battle to live from one drug imposed state to the next!! One has to get a grip and take control and try to determine some of the outcomes… and not let this disease ravaged body take me down ...

Citizenship: Canadian?

... know, I'm an idiot. But that's not all!! I also watched the days go by as my passport ever so conveniently expired. One day I finally decided to fill out the paperwork and renew my passport. I don't remember exactly which section it was, but there were four possible legal documents one could use to prove their status. As I looked the list over I realized the only option I had was to ...

To save any more embarrassment on the celebrity guesses we can conclude that they are: e. bryan adams (centre of pic) f. micheal j fox (far left near the bush). g. sigourney weaver (correctly guessed) there is an update on the work proceedings.......we have both applied for positions and wait to hear back. i have had a response from a photography company (blacks) and they called me in for an interview.....all went very well, they did say i was over ...

The Pride Parade and Kit

... was no point in telling me to come back and meet them before the parade. I promise to meet them at Church and Bloor, knowing full well I will not. Yeah, oh well, I'll call them tonight at some point. I guess. Or maybe, I'll just leave for Ken's cottage tonight. No, that won't do. Ken has no telephone. So anyway, the parade gets started at about 2:30, there is the requisite half naked men prancing around on top of large trucks...there are drag queens and more topless lesbians ...

With Going Comes Learning

... that unity - certainly not everyone meandering the streets of Toronto were Christians, so there I am speaking of a general sense of unity. And not everyone, I'm sure, at Sarah's parent's house were Christians, but the majority of them were, and I know that even despite our humanity that sometimes gets in the way, the love in Christ we shared made the difference. So I am not saying that because of the non-segregation I saw in general Canada that every race ...

On the Road in 2007: Toronto

... by its citizens.

Several well-known leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints have made Toronto their home for a season. Both Elder M. Russell Ballard and President Thomas S. Monson served as mission presidents in Toronto. John Taylor—who became the Church's third president—was introduced to the Church by Parley P. Pratt, a young elder serving in the Toronto area. The 300th stake of the Church was also the ...

The All Nighter

... better, but it is closed, and I still have some room. I think we are going to be pitching a tonne of stuff in the first couple of weeks. Oh well... easy come easy go. I am really excited about the trip... but also a little nervous. I am a cold blooded Canadian boy... it has been a while since I have been down to the tropics... hopefully I'll avoid heat stroke. I am also scared that I have entered that age where I am too ...

... few people and talked a bit. Then we went home and I passed out cuz I was super tired. Toronto (Thurs, Oct. 13) Today's trip was to visit Niagara Falls. 12:30pm, Keroleen and I took Darren's van again and went ot pick up Shaung at his house. First we went to Pacific Mall, walked around, bought some stuff, and had late lunch there. We went for congee and it was quite filling. At almost 3pm, we finally left Toronto to Niagara Falls. It wasn ...

Home sweet home

Made it back to Brampton in one piece. This was the first real road trip I ever undertook and it was awesome. Mardi Gras is definately something that everyone should experience at least once. This is also the first travel blog I've completed. Man, this is a lot of work. I guess it's a lot easier when you're doing the entries real time. I've got a few trips coming up soon so we'll see how the real time blogging goes.

... they are in the car. 2. use a bib that has the "food collector" at the bottom. You know what I mean? The bib has a flap at the bottom for catching wayward food stuffs. One website even suggested that should the baby decide to vomit during the plane ride, then the "food collector" would save the airplane seats and floor -- also saving the parents the embarrassment of needing to ask for a cleanup. 3. let the child eat, drink, or suck on a pacifier during ...
