... concert was beginning -- there are two everyday (at 1pm and 3pm). It was a program of Patriotic Music (as today is Veteran's Day), so I decided to begin instead at the Visitor's Center, watching the brief and fairly cheesy video. It did provide some background about the gardens and tower. Then, I started up the path to the top of the hill. The gardens definitely reflect local plants -- and paths wander through the palms and flowering shrubs as one climbs the hill ...

We arrived home and although I miss my son, and his family, especially my two granddaughters, I am happy to be home. Our trip was a good one and can not wait till the next one. I August we are going to take our 2 grandson's to the beach for 3 nights so they can swim, fish, have campfires and ride their bikes.

I look for honest, kind, gentle, loving man with a good sense of humor.. He also must be romantic, serious. He must love children and ready to love me and take me for who i am and to build a good family and . I look for a caring woman to live my life with and end my life with to set up a good family with our kids and work things out for our self and be for each other ......................to settle down and start ...

May 12th we embark on our ship, the Voyager of the Seas (the same ship we took for our honeymoon) for an 11 night cruise into the Mediterranean. ... Richard is off to his first golf game of the trip and I will probably go to the Shell Museum and the J.N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge - supposed to be one of the best. The sun is shining and in about a half an hour the temperatures should be warm enough for shorts and short sleeves. Yesterday I wore a jacket on the beach because of wind chill.

... Probably my age - been 36 too often now. The Archbold Research Station wasn't just good for Florida scrub jays. It also had this fantastic wasp spider and a gopher tortoise on the way out.
