... These were not grinding mills, they were pumping mills that moved water out of the fields into canals. When we got home, we went out to eat to a Chinese-Indonesian restaurant in their neighborhood. We ordered a Shanghai dinner for 4 that was easily enough food for at least 6! Really delicious!
