I had trouble remembering where we are at the moment. I also had trouble remembering which way out of the lift to turn.

So 75miles and it rained none stop but thats ok as you reach a point when you can't get any more wet and to be honest it was not cold when we were cycling. Only when stopped so had one SAG stop to sign in quickly then continued.

Cycled with Kettie, Ingun, PC and Doug all of the day. 4 people fell off due to rain and railroad tracks but ...

6/26 Day 5 Downpour after downpour and rain in between. We are still camped at Deer Ridge in Richmond IN, and took the opportunity to go the 75 miles Indianapolis to go to the Tamale Place. This was on our list of "must do" items since Peg saw it featured on Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives. It was a difficult trip due to the heavy rain and traffic tie ups. We took an hour going one mile, then had another tie up for almost hour. We left the camper with plans to eat at ...

In fact I got in trouble for our second entry because I did not mention the windmills she saw and photographed near downtown Cleveland.

From Shipshewana on we saw many Amish and ...

... Well done film which gave a good overview of the battle.

The battle occurred on September 17, 1862. Lee was hoping to invade the north and General George McClellan was hoping to send him back across the Potomac. The Confederates believed that a victory on union soil would lead to the recognition of the Confederacy by Britain and maybe France. Lincoln was searching for a victory to stop European involvement.

Total miles driven so far is 5550

When we departed the campground in Wisconsin, we had no idea we would end up in a campground in another town called New Lisbon, this time in eastern Indiana on the Ohio border.

518 miles and 11 hours later we pulled off the interstate around 6 PM into a forested campground amidst thunderstorms and rain. The owner met us at the ...
