Sounds French, looks French and feels French, but it isn't; it's German!

    Hi Family and Friends
I have to admit to having a bit of a bludge in Cologne...but hey Europe can wait while Australia are winning their fifth World Cup and now have won that trophy on the 5 continents that play the game. A truly outstanding effort. Those non-cricket fans out there, you know the drill; just suck it up. It is ironic that our bowlers were our strength yet in ...

Although the flight was far too hot, when I arrived no temperature or weather condition was going to dull my mood.  I was in Germany seeing my best friend!  I got through Passport Control with the funniest German Officer ever...I have an ink dot on my cheek in my passport and he joked about where it had gone on my face.  But then through the gates and Kai was standing...no where near prepared enough for the hug I was about to through at him.  Fair to say the ...

I've always believed that where I am in where I am supposed to be in that particular moment.  Whether that be to see an amazing sight or, in this case, meet someone new.  I got off the bus ( in which I spent the entire journey singing at the top of my lungs and the driver heard me) and four year old me was released into the wild.  ...

Finally!!! A city that actually feels like I'm in Germany. Got to my hotel and had to double check it was the right place because it was so nice inside, massive double bed room with ensuite and tv. After I sorted that out I went straight down to the Rhine for a beer. It's so hard to get used to the fact that you can drink on streets in Germany, people just walk around with bottles like it's normal. I see somebody who looks kind of like a cop and still hide the ...

    The Ending

... decision. I remember how I hated waitressing at the Beach House Restaurant but I still stayed for a year and a half until I finally escaped. That was 3 years ago.

So basically I'm going to enjoy the rest of my time here with friends in the region, then
I'll pave a route to Uncle Adrian's in France. From there I'll probably head towards Spain/Portugal or Italy...

    Keep ya'll posted xx
