Because of the bad press that Mexico is having there are not
so many tourists coming (although it was busy enough believe me), all the
shopkeepers are outside on the street almost begging you to go into their
shops, makes you feel so bad when you don’t go in, but I’m soon into it, and
just hold up my hand and say no thank you.
There are street vendors too trying to sell you stuff which I like to
call toot ...
The bus ride from Ensenada started off most amusingly; I got on to secure seats while Annie watched there was no meddling with the luggage, she and another man both refused to get on until the baggage compartments were closed :-)
As the first one on the bus I decided to take the front row on the opposite side from the driver to get the full view of a beautiful coastline drive (Annie did it once before with her brother). While I was sitting waiting, and the bus ...
... it is the complete opposite.
After 4 and half hours of walking, we were done for the day!!!! Time to head back to the hotel for a swim, and some dinner!
Then it was off to pack our bags (well try to squeeze all our shopping from yesterday into them anyway), then hit the pillow as we are off to Palm Springs tomorrow!!! More heat and sunshine apparently!!!
But the good thing is its not a really long drive 1-2hrs!
