... properly consider the other possible timelines. Just one or two things differently, and we both could easily be somewhere else. What about the choices both my parents had to make to end up together? And my ancestors before them?! Thousands and thousands of decisions and chance occurrences ending in procreation and a very unique set of DNA. And this man, no longer a stranger - even though I never learned his name, - pointed it out to me.

... had similar old English history felt very different from each other. Asheville was Alpine, beautiful and cold, New Orleans was bursting with music, Nashville was a great party, Alabama was homely, Vegas was just ridiculous, Memphis had Elvis, the blues & black civil rights history. It all came to an end on the sunny beaches of the west coast today. We loved the trip and feel like we understand America a bit better. I hope you enjoyed coming along for the ride.

... view of the harbor. We had to wait almost two hours for a table because we did not have a reservation but it was well worth the wait! The endless crab legs and champagne were delicious! And the price was very reasonable considering that The Hotel Del is now charging $80 for their Sunday brunch! Tom Hams is just as good, at a price that is less than half the Del's. ... and the differences from Mexico and USA. So after a long six hours of walking around and messing around it was 2pm and bought some tacos at a stand and seen a stadium of Bull Fighting and bought 2 tickets of corse and headed inside, it was amazing and risky since me and Chong almost fell in the ring and was about to get hit by the bulls. But it was a good four hour performances so after we left ...

... excavation project. Dire Wolves were the most common large mammal recovered (about 4,000 individuals) and sabre-toothed cats were the second most common (around 2,000). Had we had time - I would have visited the La Brea Tar Pits as well as the zoo!

There were other fossils found in places other that the tar pits. Check out the pics for a few examples :)

Las thing to do in LA is see 360 at the Viper Room - then off to Vegas!
