After two weeks in Wyoming, on Wednesday, September 10th, we headed down the road into Idaho. ... fixing the airbags - I cannot explain how rough the ride was - everytime we hit a bump **** fell everywhere....needless to say it was a necessity. We camped that night at Batise springs RV park - it was beautiful and empty - the nice old gentleman that ran it even let us keep the dogs off leash.....it was so gorgeous....we spent the evening sitting out and enjoying all the joys and bumps of traveling on the road :) Tommorrow ...

... jump the Snake River Canyon in 1974; the launch site for his Skycycle X-2 is less than two miles west of the falls, on the south rim of the canyon.
The 2 mile road down to the falls had several small waterfalls right by the side of the road. It helped to bring the temperature down a bit. It was worth the time and effort to come out here to view this spectacular site.
