... I met up with some friends from work for a going away party for the intern that I had worked with all summer. We went out to dinner at the Wheelhouse then to Alex's house until the early morning. After I got back to my apartment, I was awake into the wee hours of the morning to finish packing. We'd talked with them and it seems that downtown Houston is just a city with some art galleries and museums and the best thing to see would be NASA space centre. Trouble is it is way south of the city so off we go to fight with the traffic again. We don't get there till after 12 and we hadn't reckoned on all the children - it was mid term break, ...

... everything in "G/G" but still what to do about the refrigerator. Bob had turned on the generator before leaving Camping World so we decided to put all cold stuff the thermal bags and put them in the car and when the temp in the refrigerator reached 40 degrees, transfer them to the freezer/refrigerator.

We pulled away from home about 1pm, 4 hours later than planned, but we were on our way, FINALLY. As we progressed, we figured we would hit Houston at rush hour which ...
