Long line at customs to finaly see Karen, Jane and Katie. So happy to see them! Arrival at the beautiful house of Steve, Karen, Maddie and Katie in Eden Prairie, where Maddie was taking a nap after a night party with her 15 soccer team members.
... It is SO wonderful to see, love, share with people we know and love!

... of joy. I met up with her and another friend at Caribou Coffee. I walked up to her table and said, "Merry Christmas!" It took about 30 seconds for it to register who I was and what I was doing in MN. Lots of screams and big hugs followed that. I also got to see Mandi who had recently found out she was pregnant. Though there wasn't a baby bump just yet, it was exciting to see her too!

Yesterday I got to meet April and Chester plus little Olive (and Smee and Hugo) for a solid breakfast and then lots of talking. Perfect, when you travel on your own you just need to talk to people who knows you once in a while not to go nuts hehe.

For example, last week we did a segway tour of Minneapolis. It was a lot of fun (and very easy) driving the segways, a great way to meet people, and a great way to see the city.
