      The weather cooperated as we travelled along, temperature rising from 16 to 24. The clear blue skies would be perfect when we reached the Smokey Mountains.       On the north boundary is the town of Gatlinburg, a very cool town with an interesting downtown area full of shops. I highly recommend stopping to visit, much moreso than the tourist trap of Pigeon Forge a few miles north, which is full of amusement park type attractions which I imagine are meant to lure in families with children. ...

      Menu Item: Ham & Hash brown Omelet

      Notes: Came with onions and 3 buttermilk pancakes also
