... though.) We didn't have to wait in line for the tickets to Maid of the Mist, which was included. That was a bonus. We stopped to wander around the beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake. And to top the day off, we went to a winery for some free wine tasting.
All in all, it was a good day.
... farm north of Ocala for a night and gave Bogie a swim, after first checking for gators, in the Ocala National Forest. The next day, we visited Cindy's daughter and her husband in Tampa where college football was the highlight (GO GATORS GO - who are now in the national championship game on January seventh). The next day, visited the Braithwaite's condo in Naples to see Anne and offer her a kayak trip in the Everglades ...

Toronto, Ontario, Canada roskhoYou wake up in the morning - it's bright and sunny; what a great day for flying, you think. Then you read that Al Qaeida is being blamed for an attack on the U.S. Embassy in Istanbul this morning, and Iran has ticked off the Americans by test firing mid range missiles in preparation for war. And you think to yourself: a) what better time than now to go to Turkey and Iran , and b) It's good to be Canadian? That was my morning! Welcome to my first "e-tale"/ travel blog of 2008 ...

Our favorite was the sceleton of an animal that also appears in Ice Age 2 (look at the pictures). A lot of steps and a few wet feet later we relaxed in Bobs flat, which is right on Lake Ontario and opposite the new airport. After that we went to the beach where Bob has his canoe, but it was too cold to get it ...

I fear I'd better do it myself , and do it quick, or I will have both Colleen and Davina over here making the cuts, and who knows ...
Mississauga, Ontario, Canada cdawn... in this city has given it a totally different name, and a feeling will stick with me wherever I go. I do consider myself to be a strong woman. 'Strong' in the sense that I have been able to navigate through some tough personal situations and come out of them with a lesson rather than regret. As for the goodbyes, I'd rather not rehash... if you were there, you know how I reacted and what they meant to me. But I will say that I was probably not prepared for how ...

After Humber Park we crossed Gardiner Expy road and had a coffee at the cross of Queen St. W, King St. W, The Queeway and Roncesvalles Av. I like this place, it is a nice square (if you like citis spots and tramway). We saw for example a tramway parking - I like the Toronto tramway - . Plus, it is close to the Polish area. I recommand you to have a meal there, it is really delicious and beer are very good !
