I think we were on the road before 08:00 this morning. We had a very short uphill section from our overnight stop to rejoin the delightful road which runs over the Cisa pass, and then we were on our way. Again there had been a lot of rain in the night (once more with thunder and lightening) but it had stopped by the time we emerged. From then the day just got better and better and ...

It is a bit difficult to sleep tonight, I am too excited! I just met Fabio and Pietro for the last drink before leaving, a glass of Sambuca, probably my last Sambuca... mmmh I love it. Pity the others were not there, girls in particular.
