Well, the doctor said that my neck has been healing well. He recommended I slowly wean myself off of the brace I'm wearing now. So I'll probably still be wearing it to bed, for car rides and for the plane trip. Soon thereafter, though, I will be all healed and ready to go! We are right now at a Laundromat in Lake George watching a thunderstorm pass through. We finally got to wash the two sets of clothes we've been wearing all week, and we can wait out the worst of the storm, which has already soaked us.
