- A little girl came through with her mum and put her couple things on the bench for me to scan, and while she was looking around I did what i needed to and scanned them and gave them to her mum. When her mum had paid and was walking off, this girl came right up the bench and goes 'where's my shopping?'...it was a lot cuter than writing makes it seem.

The highlight of London for me was the London Dungeon. Think Disneyland on drugs. We weren't really sure what to expect, except that it was a darker history lesson of London. We walked through the different settings as a group of probably 20. Each room was set up in a time period, and they had actors to portray the story. ...

Once airborne the cabin crew dutifully begin to sell their wares, newspapers and copies of Hello magazine, followed by a selection of drinks and snacks from the Bistro Trolley. We resist the temptations of the "Meal Deal" and "Savour the Flavour Snacks"! Before long the trolleys are packed away, rubbish collected and we're descending towards Madrid-Barajas.
