    This morning we woke up at 6:30 and were sat outside of Franklin bbq by 8am. We weren't even near the front, instead about 40th in the queue, we took chairs and books and sat there for a few hours, the staff came out and chatted to us all and asked what we were going to order (or in our case, helped us decide) we also grabbed coffee from the coffee truck that was parked up and waited patiently, it was quite relaxing, everyone just sat there, some ...

    ... a geocaching rule of always trying to clean up area where you find caches.

    We will leave for the 600 plus mile trip back toward Alamo after the CITO. It has been a fun experience and I have learned quite a bit about this blog thing. I'm not sure I will post anymore, will have to wait and see what happens on the way home. I hope I didn't bore y'all too much.

Tomorrow we will visit his grave site and the Buddy Holly Center, a historical site, which has dual missions; preserving, collecting and promoting the legacy of Buddy Holly and the music of Lubbock and West Texas.
