Holiday Inn Little Rock Airport Conference Center

... last ride thru because my motel is 5 mi south of I-40. The motel seems to have little on the city itself so I will peruse my guide book and see what else is noteworthy besides the Clinton Library. I got all excited that there was a barbecue place beside the motel, until I realized it was abandoned.

... for a job and, once I get one, to move out.<br><br>My trip was great, and I'm glad I went. I plan on heading out again on a similar journey at some point, but I don't know when. I wish I could have traveled more, especially in the western United States, but it was either come home and get a job or work on the road, so I chose home and job. I know some people take jobs on the road, work for a few weeks and keep traveling ...

... after Little Rock we had a long 5 hour drive to Oklahoma City. We arrived around nine oclock and the girls jumped into the pool. Small things please us a great deal on this trip and room with a fridge and microwave make us very happy it means we can keep milk cold and warm it up very quickly in the morning. Ok so in Oklahoma I went to sleep, and Debbie went into the bar to sing a little Kareoke. We woke up the next morning ...

Ok..so after a unfound 126 Exit and many phone calls, all of our group (with exception of Whimpy's car...we temporarily lost her but she is stoped a few exits away!) stopped at a Wendy's for lunch. The trip has been pretty uneventful so far. Thnakfully no break downs or any big problems. We are almost done eating and then will head back on the road we are a little over a thrid of the way there!! And trust me all of the girls are sooooooo excited, and the coaches are pumped ...

... and Clyde,Al Capone Etc.Saw the gowns of the first lady of the politicians of Arkansas.<br>Drove to the capitol of Little Rock and saw the statues about civil rights.<br>Drove home to our hotel .Big help the car's GPS.<br>Had dinner at Waffle;s House near the hotel.It is a chain restaurants all over the south.Had waffles and pecan pie.<br><br>

... roof after the march.<br>Lunch at McDonald.s for lunch.<br>Drove toward Little Rock.Stop at an Arkanasas TIC and obtain maps,info and hotel coupons.<br>Stayed at the Comfort Inn Airport.Little Rock. and use the discount coupon.<br>Had a pizza dinner at Boston Restaurant.Our waitress is a lonely Filipino American.<br>

... it for me. First things first though, I needed come coffee, but I didn't want to make the one in the hotel room. So, as soon as I was ready I went to the lobby area to see about getting some coffee and continental breakfast. The coffee was mediocre but it would do. The continental breakfast was non-traditional in that aside from the normal continental fare, there were biscuits, eggs, sausage and gravy... Must be a southern thing ...
