Having been to a Cheesecake Factory the last time I visited the US, I knew that the Chicken Ceaser Salads were particularly good, and today it certainly didn't disappoint!

In the afternoon we had time to ride Star Tours twice, the first time I was selected as the rebel spy. We also got to ride Big Thunder Mountain, Autopia, Innoventions, Pirates of the Carribbean and Buzz Light Year. We had a nice dinner at Blue Bayou which overlooks the Pirates of the Caribbean ride. While at Hollywood Boulevard we ate lunch
at the Hard Rock Café, which was a very different and neat experience. I liked
the variety of music they played and the memorabilia throughout the restaurant.

While on Hollywood Boulevard I got to meet
Johnny Depp, Leonardo Dicaprio, Brad Pitt, and many other stars…just kidding!

That was enough Disney for the moment, so we retired to the sanctuary of our hotel room to let the lunch work its magic and sleep off a little more jet lag. After a couple hours rest I hit the hotel gym to work my guns and burn off just a little more pudding while Jean stress tested her pillow some more until we both braced ourselves for the nighttime Disney ...
