Checked out of the Hampton Inn in Saint Louis and walked several blocks to the Gateway Arch..It would not be right if we did not visit the Arch and go to the top on the tram...Especially when the 630 Gateway Arch celebrates Thomas Jefferson and St. Louis role in the westward expansion of the United States...We found the security check by the …

We feasted and gave thanks as we simply did not expect on taking part in Thanksgiving festivities this year. Afterwards we set around the fire and caught up talking about everything from kids to aliens (ETs not illegal, of course that was me). Soon we were on the last bottle and as Lauri was fading and the dogs had made themselves comfortable on the bed we decided to call it a night as we had to be up at ...

It is a good thing I showed up early to this one! I figured the crowd would be big because the Royals just moved into first place in their division but I didn't expect a sellout. In fact they were at 101.5% of capacity thanks to Standing Room Only tickets. When I bought my ticket (most expensive one so far) the lady mentioned they had less than 200 remaining. I showed up early to take in a celebrity wiffle ball game ...
