... they offer a pick up service on base- something she somehow managed to forget when I booked the thing!! Luckily, the walking had given me time to top up my tan and discover some music on my phone I forgot I even had so I wasn't too annoyed, just a little irritated at the ordeal! Once I got in the car I was a little confused as to how everything worked at first. Having never driven an automatic my confusion turned to panic as the car started to reverse itself when ...

... everywhere, which means I walk about 4 miles a day. So with the gym and the early starts added on top of rest I'm pretty tired by the evening and ready for a nice sit down, which I can now enjoy with a g&t from my $7 bottle of gin. Mum (and Claire if she's reading, and Laura too!) would definitely enjoy the tax free bottles of gin and wine on offer at the shop. It's not much more expensive than a big bottle of orange juice here!! I think it's best I head off to bed now ...
