... that he had to survive a Minnesota winter, albeit a mild one, probably in their garage, only to emerge in the nice warm summer. Also consider that someone had to be in the driveway when he made the appearance and you have an interesting series of coincidences. He has fallen into the lap of luxury - his own warm private residence with frequent feedings of crickets and mealworms. Ahhhhh.

And can we talk about the heat.

Temple in the US

... This temple covers deities from all four directions. The priest was reading mantras by using an Ipad, was a sight to see him slide the screens!

The havans were neatly exhausted to ensure no smoke is out - US way. Got to see all abhishekams[milk, honey, tulsi water etc] performed on Lord Vishnu's big deity. Saw even US folks praying inside the temple.

Walked out contented

... butter and fatty milk…. raw would be better according to our health nut, Papa Bear! Of course Papa Bear managed to find some coconut oil too which is another 'shocking' saturated fat to stir the pot. When the guys got home, some of the large one gallon (four litre) milks were placed outside on the deck…. the handy outdoor snow fridge. ... t think they would come, but prepared just in case. Good thing we did, because around 4:30 in the morning we were awoken by strong winds, loud thunder and lightning. At first, there was no rain, but about 5 minutes later, that started in as well. The storm lasted about 20 minutes, but the wind lasted the rest of the night. Good news: the warm wind dried out our tent so we did not have to roll up a wet tent in the morning. Bad news: it is hard to sleep ...
