    ... spend a few hours with them and we had supper at Outback together, then we had to leave.

    Not much else will be happening as we travel back to Florida, so there may not be any more postings. We have had a great trip, but I am ready to be home and get back to reality. Thanks for joining us on these blogs.

Whilst in space astronauts have to exercise 3 hours per day so that their muscles don't come rely relax, that then reduces their rehab time to around 3 days once they arrive back on earth.
