    ... US supermarkets is always fun. They're enormous. I luckily managed to find factor 70 sun spray, so no burnies for me !!  The first beach we arrived at was Clearwater.     ... Ellen and I found the washroom that was in a brick building.....yes, our safe hide out! After about 40 minutes it calmed down and we left to go back to camp. It was a mess. It was like a lake. We sat in wet chairs and toasted to our survival.

    Had a nice camp dinner of baked beans, chicken and corn and started packing for an early departure to Panama city tomorrow. Hopefully the weather is gentler there!
