Yesterday was blissfully relaxing. We meandered around and shopped a little bit. Gee, I miss world market. Matt came up and we went to Sushi Revolution - yum. Fun times to be had by all. Had to be at the airport this morning ungodly early. I checked in online, although there wasn't a bag drop, so it really didn't save time.

Where our energies are needed are with Kai's platelets. In his short life he has had 3 transfusions to raise their levels. Each time he continues to hold his levels a little longer but he hasn't reached the 200-300 platelet count that is considered "normal range".   I do not have any information on what low platelets could mean ...
