It was great to arrive to our apartment, be very comfy and make it our 'home'. Good Friday - we attended the service at Harvest which was really wonderful. We were encouraged to wear black and the mood was somber. We were fully immersed in remembering the death of Jesus Christ and His blood shed for our sin. There was a short film shown which was especially made by Dallas Jenkins (previous Hollywood filmmaker and son of author Jerry Jenkins) who is part of Harvest. 'Once we were ...
... had got longer. Pam was definitely frailer but she got about on her zimmer well enough. Their maisonette had recently been flooded by a nearby burst water mains so it was somewhat chaotic - and very warm. The rest of the night we just chilled & mucked around, playing board games & watching everyone play with the kids. As all of the Bosch family events, it felt very much like ours back home.
All in all, a brilliant Christmas, even if it didn't really feel right! (:
