As for this bloggy thing. I am testing it out. It probably won't work most of the time since I will be in remote areas. I think this website was designed for yuppies who never leave the grid. I am a yuppy who sometimes leaves the grid, so I am not sure if this will have any use. I will try to update ...

          Minor Technicalities

January 23, 2012—Elgin, Illinois to Chicago O'Hare International Airport

"Phil, its 8 o'clock. You're going to miss your flight…," was the first thing I remember hearing that morning.

The voice was that of my mom.

Technically, I was supposed to be back on the road "no later than 7:30 AM."

When I heard the wake-up call I was still deep in a drunken haze of ...
