Anxious to see Cousin Carol in Lexington Kentucky but delayed due to a disastrous accident that closed the highway. Highlight of the day was lunch at Hooters somewhere in West Virginia. ... Maryland panhandle and then down the middle of West Virginia. One downside to fleeing in such a hurry was that we didn't get to see much of West Virginia, except for the interstate.
