On the road home

Picked up the car at our friends, the Meadors. Hitting the road for Atlanta. Wow, it's been a whirlwind expedition! Feels like we've been gone for months. Can't believe how much we've seen and all the places that we've been in the last 26 days. I will certainly view so many of the places we've visited with a different set of eyes and opinions ...

All of the boats depart from the same marina around the same time. I arrived to my boats meeting spot and quickly realized the difference between demographics on each boat. I looked around the faces of the New Horizon's (my home for the next few days) passengers and counted about 6 males (not including crew). Not that I cared, but I could see ...

I made a U-turn and in a short time I was at REI. I found a lot of tie downs, sleeping pad, first aid kit, compact travel chair, some anchors and poles for my tarp and a few other odds and ends. it took me most of the morning and the early part of ...

... houses are obviously more English. Last stop was Scoops where the cast and crew apparently like to go. First decent coffee! Whoop! Plus an awesome lime icecream! The tour made me think of Sharyn a bit. I felt a little sad that I wouldn't be able to share this with her.

Check out the pics dudes and dudettes! Plus there is a quick video of the water feature to music in Olympic park.

Next stop, Louisiana!
