    ... roads around the crash site.

    Gail knew of a camping spot in El Paso, nooo Nellie not Texas, it is in Illinois. It was behind the local Super 8 Motel. The spot had 30 amp electric only so we were able to watch a little TV and had lights to see by. Total cost for the night was $15.00. We had driven 9 hours and only went 205 miles.

    I sure hope accidents and cold are not a harbinger of things to come. All in all it was a good day. ...

    ... Sunday was spent mainly at the museum, what a great place, everything Harley from 1903 to present is accounted for. Most impressive for me was the wall of tanks, all the colour schemes throughout the years. It really is a must see for any Harley enthusiast. We then went on a tour of Lake Michigan, a huge inland freshwater lake, we saw skeet shooters on the edge of the lake and rode past many beautiful lakeside homes closer to the city centre.

    ... We had a refreshing, relaxing swim and did some much needed laundry. Then back to the rally site, known as Summerfest, a musical park with many stages. Next day, went to House of Harley to check out the ultimate Harley store, extremely hot and uncomfortable, headed to the Harley Museum, only to realise I had left my wallet sitting on the grass in the carpark after i needed a spell from the heat.
