Today began a new adventure for me....I left Pensacola this morning and am currently at the Atlanta airport waiting for my flight to Washington DC. From DC I'll go to London, then after a 13 hr layover I'll head to Johannesburg and finally I take a small flight to Gaborone, my final destination. At the University of Botswana, I'll be studying public health with my classes focusing on the issues in Botswana and I'll also be taking a ...

They were all waiting for us and we had a nice and easy trip to the airport. We said our goodbyes, Jaane and Mick we re going to Las Vegas and then onto ...

Didn't realise but he had lounge passes, great free food, and drinks, and general hospitality, but we also got pitch side passes which was amazing! Saw Jim Carey too. The actual seats were on the 50 yard line, on row 18. Perfect seats! Incredible view and great night out. If it wasn't for the legendary Tom Brady, the home team probably would have ...

We're ready to go, but the weather isn't cooperating... Severe thunderstorms have delayed our long anticipated return to Italy by almost 2 hours. The scheduled 9.5 hour trip has turned into 11+ hours and pushed our arrival back to about 9am tomorrow. Despite the delay, we're excited about what lies ahead.

As mentioned in the blog intro, our ...
