This morning I seemed to get lucky. I got a full breakfast when everyone else was told they could have a muffin or croissant. Waitress must have gotten mixed up. Was very nice. We drove through the the Garden District then the Bayou on the way to Vacherie where the Plantations are. There are still a few Plantation homes along the drive. We went to Oak Alley Plantation, the one with rows of oaks lining the drive up ...

Therefore we went from Mississippi to Louisiana back to Mississippi and back to Louisiana . It was nice ...

Plus this is where some scenes from 'The Originals' were filmed.
We then jumped back on to the street car and got off again at Audubon Park. Ducks, geese and birds galore. So this day was jam packed full of graves and ducks.

... we were here so I'm glad we found somewhere so good. We used http://www.alexandriaindoor.com and the older couple who ran it were very polite, understanding and knowledgeable - highly recommended.

After shooting for an hour or so, we hit the road again with the aim of hitting Baton Rouge for the night. Unfortunately, we didn't realise that LSU Tigers have a game tomorrow, so the town was packed and the hotels really expensive. Took us an hour or so to get through the ...
