... number of 'across the streets'. She should have said to the left and down the street.
Again the next morning I did the same thing, but now line 7 wasnt working so I couldnt get back to the centre so I was going to go down the street and catch line 15 but there was a whole heap of construction work which meant that stop wasn't in service. So I gave up on the buses and used each stop's very dodgy bus route maps to find my way, whereupon I finally arrived at the tourist office.
... hour (this was late afternoon) two more vans had stopped. One also collected three cases whilst the other settled on one case. So much for our poor single bottle.... Chablis is, of course, lovely but mainly very expensive hotels, restaurants and bars

An 'Experimentale' aire, whatever one of those is. No facilities but a peaceful overnight stop.
28th July 09, BEAUNE - at last.
... medieval Phillipean castle and explained the evolution of castle defenses. It was thoroughly enjoyable, though it would have been better had it not been 30+ degrees on the dry and dusty construction site.
After leaving Guedelon, we headed for our home base for the next two nights, the city of Beaune. Beaune is a small city of 25K in the heart of Bungundy. After checking into our hotel, we ventured into ...

5.45pm and we arrived at the Chathole F1 in Dijon, checked in and on requesting some towels were presented with 3 travel size kleenex, that weren't going to cover anyone's modesty especially Python Foster. Richard used his dancing shoes and suggested that we visited the Ikea that we passed just down the road to procure the said python covering towels, although Kev did say that he would be happy with a ...
... to say the least, but the next thing I knew...
...it was quarter-to-nine, Friday morning! We had blithely planned an early monring kick-off - but so much for bold plans! Still, by 10.15 we had hit a Carrefour supermarket for munchies, filled up with diesel (still seeming delightfully cheap!) and been amused by a regrettably named German coach in the supermarket car park. Soon we were heading south once more.
... fried camembert with blackcurrant sauce. For the main I had a giant salad, and Mr S Beef Burgundy. Day 3 Decided to head to Beaune today. Got to the tourist office and saw they were doing a winetasting/sightseeing tour and decided to join in with that. We visited several towns along the Cote d-Or, the wine-growing slope near Beaune, and sampled some grapes straight from the vine at a local vineyard. Stopped in a place where our ...
Dijon, Burgundy, France trishigirl...

You could also fly in with Ryan Air, I'm sure for not too much, or you could get a cheap flight with Air France. The important food delicacies you want to try in Belgium are ...
Dijon, France swisherd... MUCH bigger than my dorm was at MU this year. It has a sink (but no bidet, sorry Mom and Dad), a HUGE closet, and fairly comfortable bed. The shower is kinda funny, since you have to keep pressing a button to keep the water running, but at least it's warm! The French students are still here, and will be for about 2 more weeks. Before we left, the directors of the trip told us not to say "hi" to other people as we passed by, because that's considered forward. But ...
