We ended up getting to the hotel at about 8 PM, so didn't have time to go back into town for dinner and to see the city. I had an awesome risotto, and many of the others got other fantastic looking pasta dishes and pizzas.

Packed up and ready to move on, we got reception to ring and book us in for lunch at Le Musee, voted no 1 restaurant in Lyon by Trip Advisor. While the food has earned it michellin star rating, its the unique approach of the owner that gets it its rave reviews. When we rocked up at 12 noon, they were not ready so Luc took us out the back for a tour of his own troboule and in only 2-3 words of English explained its use in the resistance, the work of various tenants now, mainly ...
