A travel blog entry by carmandy on Oct 14, 2014

After a rather interesting breakfast we headed out to the Henry Ford Museum - which is much more than just a car museum. There were trains, planes, of course automobiles. Furniture, farm machinery, women's rights, civil war info - I can see why they say it takes a day to complete - it's huge. After a few hours walking around we'd seen pretty much all we wanted to. Departed Niagara Falls after a leisurely breakfast in the hotel. It was raining so we thought it good weather for travelling. The weather is pleasantly ...

Our ferry landed in Rosslare, Ireland. From there, we drove about 80 km to Waterford. We passed through a town called New Ross, the home of Patrick Kennedy. We had a wonderful Irish dinner at our hotel, the Granville Hotel. Beautifully appointed and restored, with wonderful ...

Well, today was my last full day in the states. It sure was a busy one. First off, it was mother's day, so it started with a little gift giving including some Godiva chocolates and flowers (love you mom). My mom had to work today, kind of a bummer, but it gave AJ and I some time to run some last minute errands and pack. I hope I have everything, but honestly almost everything is made in China anyways so if I ...
