It's Almost All Down Hill From Here...Said Vicki!
... bedroom\3bathroom house was obviously his grandparents home. It is absolutely beautiful! We are the only ones here and it is peaceful and quiet - an occasional train is heard. We have a Kuerig for AM beverages, a frig with breakfast fixings, cereal, pop tarts, bottled water, yogurt, and more! The old kitchen is filled with bikes (rentals?) and the dining room is now a small bike shop!

On the Beach
... note: Texans like to show tribute to individuals and groups who have earned their respect and appreciation. There are many memorials and dedications along the highways and byways. There is a strong sense of pride in being a Texan and being an American that shines strongly here.
PS: The restrooms/showers at this park were ghastly. The city needs to step up and totally remodel them. John braved the shower, but I stayed in our little RV.

Just Breezed into Town
We awoke this morning to cloudy skies and a bit more wind than yesterday. It is actually the wind that makes life bearable in this area. NO ROOM AT THE INN
