... campers go about their day.

We spent a couple of hours getting out our winter clothes and off to the wildlife viewing trail. Luckily for us, we detoured onto Red Valley Road which led us to a desolate area in Wind Cave National Park. Prairie dog towns and a herd of buffalo within arms reach. Dinner at the Cowboy Cafe and drinks at the Blue Bell Lodge while sitting on saddle bar stools. Enjoyed talking with a couple who recently retired who took off a cross ...

Wall Drug was better than expected. We enjoyed a Bison burger and a roast beef dinner and ...

... fast sweeping bends and then up and over the Big Horn mountain pass - probably the best road I have ever ridden on!

We eventually made out way to Cody to stay in the very nice Holiday Inn. The evening meal was at Granny's Kitchen, a delightful little place but no alcohol served but they did allow us to go over the road (about 5 lanes of traffic) to the liquor store - my god what a place every drink you could ...

... baked brownies and tea for us! It was so nice to get into the warm and take off our soggy shoes! We showered and talked away to John before starting learning some piano with Kiran ad checking out the creek before dinner (vegetable lasagne and corn bread which was amazing!) We chilled out in the evening all together and watched a film called 'close encounters of a third kind' as it features Devils ...
