    ... is a long, drawn out game but fun and chilled all the same :) After baseball we headed home for some much needed kip, another end to another awesome day in this awesome country.     ... really missing the experience of actually fitting in wearing them!! The State Fair was awesome, I was in my element but there were no real crazy American's though, so we missed out maybe it would have been wilder on weekend!!     ... end of your tour but you won’t get a free sample. What’s the fun of that? I made that mistake when I was in Kentucky in 2003 and visited Maker’s Mark distillery in Loretto, in apparently dry Marion County. No free sample (insert sad face emoticon here). The same thing happened to me two years later at Jack Daniels in Lynchburg, Tennessee in dry Moore County.

    ... urban renaissance with plenty of restaurants,
    shopping, and entertainment venues opening downtown and new construction
    backfilling the old facades that remain along some streets. New condos are
    popping up too on the east side of downtown. I couldn’t quite bring myself to
    pay the significant admission charge, though, at the new Muhammad Ali Center
    (& museum for self-glorification) of the boxer native son.
