The proximity yo the Punta Gorda airport made this a terrific place to stay? Hotel was VERY clean and the continental breakfast was good.

Having locked the keys in the vehicle we got an extra few hours at the hotel while we waited for CAA to show up. It was sunny but not all that warm, low 70s with strong winds. Spent the afternoon at the Allenton Premium Outlet mall. Picking up Jess soon and spending the night in Punta Gorda. Time to relax!

The plane was scheduled to depart at 6:28 a.m. and was soon in the air and headed to Houston (IAH). The flight was uneventful and I was glad I had Economy Plus seats for this trip. I was seated next to two women from Ft. Myers ...
