2 nights last week . I woke up with night sweats and shaking chills. No
big thing. I figure heat related. I have been drinking LOTS of water
and not working much after noon.

Saturday I was starting a late lunch of the same stuff I had the day
before including tuna salad. After 2 bites I got severe chills and
uncontrolled shaking. Figured the tuna went bad so disposed of lunch,
crawled under the covers to get some heat back. Shaking so ...

... in a suburb just north of Jackson, enjoying some of Dan's frequent flyer points! The hotel is very nice, and seems to be very recently built. We walked to a nearby shopping area and ate at a restaurant called "Newk's." We shared a half salad and a 10" thin crust pizza. It was very good. For those of you who like to frequent Druid Hills, their website states they have a restaurant there, now.

Tomorrow, we head for Birmingham...

About 7 hours door to door froom a 9am departure from vonore. Campground was fine - reception at the hands of a elderly fellow who lives on the premises - was quick and efficient. "Should have been here yesterday: it was beatiful." For $10 a night, it would've taken a lot to turn this into a bad deal.

... away, it had a nice atmosphere and the hostel was in a really good location, restaurants and pubs just around the top and bottom corners and the river just a couple blocks away. We finally checked in about 5pm. We were in a co-ed dorm, Rob went on top! This was really clean and spacious and the bathroom had 2 showers and 2 loos! Luxury!
