      ... especially for smaller kids. We all had a great time on the Toy Story ride. Definitely a must do ... it was so much fun. Basically this is a 3D shooter ride. We had a ball doing this one.

      ... was to visit Universal studios for 2 days and this wasn't looking good. We had made the decision that it was better to be close to Universal studios to get there early rather than have the best hotel. Not the best decision we've ever made.

      ... was a completely unspontaneous round of applause led by my new friend, who then lumbered off, still applauding and with and even bigger smile on his face than before.
      We could not get out of there quick enough, although I was tempted to announce "actually it's not my birthday until Friday" but I thought it best not to confuse things further, but I did take the badge off.
      I might wear it in Friday, but only if there are no lumbering cast members to make surprise ...

      ... day, we headed back to Diagon Alley and Kings Cross Station. Both the Universal theme parks require separate admission, and a Park-to-Park ticket to see them both in the same day. Having this ticket, however, also let's you get there using the Hogwarts Express rather than having to walk out the front, through City Walk and then enter the other.
